The day-to-day activities of the Company are managed by the General Director.The competence of the Management includes all issues related to the management of the Company's daily activities, with the exception of matters within the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board.
The General Director manages the daily activities of the Company and carries out operational management in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Charter of the Company, and the decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board.
The General Director, in accordance with the Law and this Charter, organizes the implementation of the decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board and reports to them.
