In the administrative building of JSC "Heat Power Stations" a start meeting was held with the company "KPMG Audit", which was declared the winner of the tender for the implementation of consulting services in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) in JSC "Yangi-Angren IES".
The meeting was attended by the management of JSC "Yangi-Angren IES", specialists of the relevant structural units and representatives of the company "KPMG Audit", the main directions of future cooperation, the plan of work and priorities were discussed.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of systematic implementation of ESG principles in the activities of enterprises, ensuring environmental sustainability, strengthening social responsibility and improving standards of corporate governance. In the framework of the project, agreements were also reached on the application of international best practices, analysis of current processes and development of effective management mechanisms.
This cooperation will serve as an important step in the implementation of modern ESG standards in the activities of JSC "Yangi-Angren IES", improving the transparency and efficiency of production processes, as well as achieving the goals of sustainable development.
