“New-Angren IES” JSC organized a mobile reception with the participation of the working group headed by the Chairman of the Board of “Thermal Power Stations” JSC and the management of the enterprise. This event was held in order to establish direct communication with employees, study their problems and suggestions on the spot, and develop solutions. During the mobile reception, employees expressed their appeals and suggestions regarding the improvement of working conditions, wages, social protection, personnel issues, safety equipment and production processes. Each appeal was thoroughly studied by the officials, explanations were given on the spot on some issues, and appeals requiring additional time were directed to execution in the prescribed manner. At the end of the event, it was noted that all appeals will be monitored and appropriate measures will be taken in connection with their implementation. It was also reported that such traveling receptions are planned to be held regularly in the future.
