In order to implement the requirements of Article 76-1 of the Law "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights," 2 (two) independent members will be recruited to the Supervisory Board of JSC "YANGI ANGREN TPP" on a competitive basis.

Candidates must submit the following documents within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of announcement:

application (in free form);

resume (CV);

copy of passport;

copy of diploma;

certificate confirming at least 5 years of work experience in the energy sector;

other additional documents required to be submitted in accordance with the tender documentation.

The submitted documents will be thoroughly reviewed by the Company's Supervisory Board in the prescribed manner, and the professional potential of the candidates and their compliance with the criteria provided for by law will be assessed.
