In the boiler and turbine shop No. 1, a seminar on compliance issues was organized by the Compliance Service of JSC "Yangi Angren TPP" with the participation of the management and employees of the boiler and turbine shop No. 1 on the topic "International Standard ISO 37301:2021 'Compliance Management Systems', the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Combating Corruption' and the Law 'On Preventing Conflicts of Interest', as well as the practical application of state policy requirements on combating corruption". During the event, the main requirements of the ISO 37301:2021 standard, the significance of the compliance management system, the formation of zero tolerance for corruption, the prevention of conflicts of interest, as well as the rights and obligations of managers and employees in this area were explained in detail. During the seminar, potential corruption risks that may arise in the processes of organizing repair work in the boiler and turbine shop No. 1, the movement of spare parts and materials, technical control, contract execution, and personnel processes were discussed, and practical recommendations for their elimination were given. An open dialogue was held with the participants, during which questions of further improving the compliance culture, strengthening internal control mechanisms, and strict compliance with legislation and internal corporate documents were discussed.
