The compliance service of JSC "New Angren Thermal Power Plant" organized a seminar with the participation of the head and employees of the workshop of hydraulic engineering structures on the topic "International Standard ISO 37301:2021 'Compliance Management Systems', Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Combating Corruption' and 'On Prevention of Conflict of Interest', as well as the practical application of the requirements of the company's anti-corruption policy". During the seminar, questions regarding the improvement of compliance culture, timely identification and elimination of corruption risks, and prevention of conflict of interest were explained, as well as the rights and obligations of managers and employees in this field were explained in detail. During the event, an analysis of possible corruption risks in the activities of the workshop of hydraulic engineering structures was conducted, practical mechanisms for their management were discussed, strengthening of the internal control system, strict compliance with legislative requirements and internal corporate documents, as well as issues of improving the compliance management system based on the ISO 37301:2021 standard. Seminar participants received exhaustive answers from specialists to their questions of interest.
